LEGEND GET BACK
LEGEND GET BACK

Description

This guitar strap is the VEGAN version and is a faithful recreation of the strap used during the legendary recording sessions of Let It Be by both George Harrison and Paul McCartney, this strap is a vegan version that simulates smooth white leather on the end of the shoulder straps, a silver buckle and a multicolored fabric design. This strap appears repeatedly in the film Get Back and even in some frames you can see Mal Evans, making some adjustment for the exchange of the strap between the two Beatles, it is curious, during all the rehearsals of the documentary the strap appears both with the Hofner 550/1 basses of McCartney and in the colorful Stratocaster "Rocky" guitar of George Harrison, but not in the later performance on the roof. The guitar strap that John Lennon uses in the performance on the terrace of the Apple Studios is the same one that hangs from his famous 1965 Epiphone E230TD Casino guitar during the documentary.

Description

Legend Casino guitar strap, the replica strap that John Lennon wore at the famous Apple Studios rooftop performance.

This replica guitar strap is identical but improved to the one wore by John Lennon at the last live concert on the Apple Studios rooftop with the Beatles, after the recording of the album "Let it be".
It is exactly the same pattern and quality as the one Lennon wears in the movie The Beatles Get Back and featured in the archetypal performance" end of the Roof Top Concert."

This guitar strap is ideal and looks great on both electric and acoustic guitars, it doesn't matter if you don't have an Epiphone Casino guitar like John's, this strap is beautiful and a classic that has never expired since the 1960s.
This replica guitar strap features a quilted layer stitched on the inside of the strap, keeping it comfortable, even for long time playing. The soft padding of this guitar strap allows you to practice or perform in comfort. Also note that it is easily adjustable, from home to show, sitting or standing, practicing or performing, you can adjust it the traditional way with its slider The comfortable and durable metal slider on this strap allows you to adjust it repeatedly, but it stays securely where you place it, giving you the perfect combination of flexibility and permanence. Each strap is 2.0 inches wide, 6 cm (2.0 inches).

The Legend Casino strap is so named because it is the exact replica of the guitar strap used on John Lennon's Epiphone Casino at the 1969 "Rooftop" concert.

MIRACLE Beige
MIRACLE Beige

Description

Comfortable vegan guitar strap with religious design. This strap can be used for both acoustic and electric guitars or electric basses. Fully adjustable, the design consists of a cross, a fish and a dove embroidered on the beige surface of the strap.

This strap arose as a result of the many requests that have come to our mail, there is a large community of musicians who practice and play in their fields and religious communities.

"Today, "contemporary Christian music" is not properly understood as a musical style separate from other styles, but rather as a musical category whose lyrics represent a Christian faith content. Often, the author or performer of this music gives an evangelistic meaning to his lyrics, in order to express his spiritual relationship, manifest his faith, and/or cause a reaction in the people who listen to the music.

Over the years, Christian music has transcended remarkably. In the last decades, there has been a great increase in the amount of Christian music produced in evangelical churches and other Protestant or non-denominational branches. Many singer-songwriters have emerged who now have international fame, both in the Anglo-Saxon and Latin American world. Such is the influence of Christian music that it is a category taken into account in several international music awards, such as the Grammy Awards and since 2003 in the Arpa Awards.

Contemporary Christian music is usually considered diverse in terms of the musical styles it comprises. Since the second half of the 20th century there have been musicians in this category who have ventured into various musical genres ranging from renewed forms of messianic music, the more classic contemporary genres such as gospel, soul, ballad, folk, country, blues, jazz, pop, alternative rock or Christian rock, to metal, hardcore; Latin rhythms such as mariachi, salsa and ranchera music, or more modern rhythms such as hip hop, reggae, reggaeton, electronic music, and even other contemporary musical styles such as global music.

In addition, there is a musical subcategory derived from contemporary Christian music; this is known as "worship music" or contemporary worship music, which in essence is a modern form of Christian congregational music, whose compositions are often called "praise songs" or "worship songs" that are performed by "praise bands". Worship, is heavily influenced by virtually all genres of music." (Wikipedia)

Description

This guitar strap that we've named LEGEND BM BOHEMIAN, this is the black leather version and the original one we made has a story behind it... And we are happy to share it with you:

This guitar strap is a re-creation of the one worn by music legend Dr. Brian May that accompanied the also legendary Red Special guitar.

Here is the short version of the story behind this replica guitar strap:

On 9 August 2018, we received an email from our distributor in the USA with the following subject line: "Strap Idea" which stated the following:

"Hey guys - an interesting idea came about when talking with a big US dealer a few days ago. They noticed that the straps being used in the new Queen movie (Bohemian Rhapsody, 2018) do not look anything like the real Brian May strap he used. There are some photos in the email below. Do you think it is possible to re-create? "

Our answer, of course, was YES.

The truth is that looking for information about this strap we realised that there is not much history behind it, but that it became an icon after Queen's memorable performance at the 1985 Live Aid in London, at Wembley Stadium.

This performance was recreated in the film "Bohemian Rhapsody" and surely the art or costume director of the film lacked inspiration when recreating the guitar strap worn in the film by Gwilym Lee (Brian May in the film) as the result is quite far from the original strap.

What we were asked to do was quite a challenge, as we only had a few poor-quality photos from the "pre-digital era", from which it was quite difficult to make out what the exact shape of the buckle was or what the filigree design of the bas-relief engraving looked like.

What is being said in the forums we have checked is that it seems to be that this strap was apparently lost, missing, or stolen. There are all kinds of opinions, all of which are difficult to verify, so.... who knows ...?

We couldn't find much written information about the strap either, but we were able to assume that this guitars strap was a normal trouser belt transformed into a guitar strap, as so many guitarists have done throughout history.

Well, it's a belt, so let's turn it into a guitar strap....  The design team adapted our original RAS length system to the back of the strap to give it a wider range of adjustment so it's not as tight as we sensed the original strap was, and of course we added the holes to attach the guitar

Another interesting detail of the original strap was the fix that Dr. May applied to hold his slide in place using duct tape. Again, our design team took the license to replace the duct tape with elastic bands, so that each player can choose his preferred position or even remove them to not use them or to replace them with duct tape if he prefers.

When we finished the process of recreating the strap, we sent the prototype to the USA for testing and evaluation. A few days after arriving in the USA, that first replica made by RightOn! was presented at a promotional meeting between key account purchasing executives, VOX amps managers and Dr. Brian May himself, who upon seeing the replica of his old and “lost” strap said: "Damn, I haven't seen this strap in a long time".

Could there be a better score for our work?... for us it was a great achievement, and we are proud to have been able to successfully reproduce this mythical guitar strap.

This year, as we celebrate our 10th anniversary, we have decided to bring this replica to the fans of Queen, Dr. Brian May and the Red Special.

The RightOn! team is confident that you will fall in love with the workmanship and that you will look as cool as Dr. Brian May did. Enjoy it!

If you prefer the strap equipped with the RAS system with plate and screw fastening, you can choose the option in the product selector.

Prisma-strap-lgbt-rainbow -colors-strap
PRISMA

Description

This strap is inspired by the famous cover of Pink Floyd's album "The dark side of the moon", but of course everything reminds us of the colour of the rainbow, the colour of the LGBT movement, of course everything, It all depends on the colour of the glass you look through, and this is our tribute.

The album was originally released in a gatefold LP sleeve designed by Hipgnosis and George Hardie. Hipgnosis had designed several of the band's previous albums, with controversial results; EMI had reacted with confusion when faced with the cover designs for Atom Heart Mother and Obscured by Clouds, as they had expected to see traditional designs which included lettering and words.

Designers Storm Thorgerson and Aubrey Powell were able to ignore such criticism, as they were employed by the band. For The Dark Side of the Moon, Richard Wright instructed them to come up with something "smarter, neater – more classy". The design was inspired by a photograph of a prism with a colour beam projected through it that Thorgerson had found in a photography book.

The artwork was created by their associate, George Hardie. Hipgnosis offered the band a choice of seven designs, but all four members agreed that the prism was by far the best. The final design depicts a glass prism dispersing light into colour. The design represents three elements: the band's stage lighting, the album lyrics, and Wright's request for a "simple and bold" design.

The spectrum of light continues through to the gatefold – an idea that Waters came up with.[62] Added shortly afterwards, the gatefold design also includes a visual representation of the heartbeat sound used throughout the album, and the back of the album cover contains Thorgerson's suggestion of another prism recombining the spectrum of light, facilitating interesting layouts of the sleeve in record shops.

The light band emanating from the prism on the album cover has six colours, missing indigo compared to the traditional division of the spectrum into red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet. Inside the sleeve were two posters and two pyramid-themed stickers. One poster bore pictures of the band in concert, overlaid with scattered letters to form PINK FLOYD, and the other an infrared photograph of the Great Pyramids of Giza, created by Powell and Thorgerson.[63] The band were so confident of the quality of Waters' lyrics that, for the first time, they printed them on the album's sleeve.

The rainbow flag is a symbol of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBT) pride and LGBT social movements. Also known as the gay pride flag or LGBT pride flag, the colors reflect the diversity of the LGBT community and the "spectrum" of human sexuality and gender. Using a rainbow flag as a symbol of gay pride began in San Francisco, but eventually became common at LGBT rights events worldwide. Originally devised by artist Gilbert Baker, the design has undergone several revisions since its debut in 1978, first to remove colors then restore them based on availability of fabrics. Baker's first rainbow flag had eight colors, though the most common variant consists of six stripes: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and violet. The flag is typically flown horizontally, with the red stripe on top, as it would be in a natural rainbow.
