Customs and transport costs borne by buyer

The RightOn! Straps products are delivered through a courier service. Your order will be delivered within 15 working days from the moment in which we have confirmed the order.

Free shipping for orders over €150, below that amount the shipping costs are as follows:

•   €6 : Andorra, Portugal and Spain
• €15 : Europe
• €27 : Rest of the world

IMPORTANT: Buyers shall be responsible for the payment of customs duties and tariffs applicable in each country or region, as well as for any handling fees that may be applied by the transport company. RightOn! shall not assume any responsibility for possible delays arising from customs procedures, nor for any additional costs that may result therefrom.

VAT information and customs duties

All products offered on the Website will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).
The products contracted in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or countries outside the European Union are exempt from VAT, this discount will be applied before proceeding to the payment.
Buyers will pay the customs duties and tariffs applicable in each country or region. RightOn! will not be responsible for delays due to customs clearance, nor for any costs resulting from customs clearance.
